In-app support
Signed-in clients and trainers can also message us directly: open Chat in the app and pick Admin Support.
Subscriptions & billing
- Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play are managed, cancelled, and refunded through Apple or Google — open your device’s subscription settings.
- Charges for coaching services paid by card go through Stripe; email us with the date and amount for help with those.
Delete your account
In the app, go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, workouts, meals, photos, and messages. You can also email us from your account address and we will do it for you.
